NOTICE:

The Oregon State Land Board will meet Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. in the State Land Board Room at the Department of State Lands, 775 Summer Street NE, Salem.

This meeting is being held in a facility accessible for persons with disabilities. If special physical, language, or other accommodations are needed for this meeting, please advise Gail Lowry at (503) 378-3805, extension 224, or via email at gail.lowry@dsl.state.or.us as soon as possible but at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

Prior to the Land Board meeting, please provide ten copies of any handouts you may wish to present to the Board.

1.a. Request for approval to appear before the October 2005 Legislative Emergency Board to request increases in federal funds and other funds expenditure limitations and related position authority and to request retroactive approval of a federal grant application.

b. Request from the Port of Portland to convert a twenty-year easement, currently in place, to a permanent easement in perpetuity. This will allow for perpetual maintenance of the Ecosystem Restoration Feature constructed at Lord-Walker Island in the Columbia River under the current easement.

c. Request for approval of minutes of State Land Board meeting for June 14, 2005 meeting.

d. Request for approval of minutes of State Land Board meeting for August 9, 2005. Informational Items:
